Section 1 : Application domain
Those sales conditions must be associated to each sales made on the Internet website www.rtec.ws. We keep the right to modify those conditions at any times without notification. By ordering something, you accept all our main sales conditions. We invite you to read them carefully.
Section 2 : Orders
You get 3 orders possibilities :
- On our website : www.rtec.ws proposing the possibility to order on any time
- By mail at info@rtec.ws
- By phone from Belgium : 071 377 707 or abroad +32 71 377 707
Our product offers are only valid for available stock. In case of sold out after your ordering we will inform you by phone or by mail. If you do not accept the new delivery time you will be allow to cancel your order.
Section 3 : Pictures
Product picutres on our website do not have any contractual value. They are just showed to give a product idea. If you need picture product information you can contact us.
Section 4 : Prices
Product prices on our website are all in euros all taxes included or taxes excluded. Transport cost are not included. To know the shipping value pelase contact our sales department. Every orders will be invoice in euros and are entirely due in one payment on the order or on the delivery. Transport costs include prepartion, packaging and postage. The geographic area will only change the transport cost amount.
Products will stay R.Tec property until the complete payment has been received (whatever the delivery date).
Section 5 : Payment modalities
You have more than one way to pay your products :
- Bank transfer on our bank account
- VISA by phone on +32 (0)71 377 707
- Cash on the delivery at our shop
- Payment at the delivery (only in Belgium)
In case of bank transfer every payment delay will legally and without formal notice lead to the application of 2% interests specifical rate for each month late from the overdue payment. After an unsuccessful formal notice the non payment will legally give the right to a 15% amount increase with 40 € minimum. Each litigation that would happen following this contract would be depending on the Charleroi court jurisdiction.
Section 6 : Deliveries
R.Tec undertakes to deliver every orders in the shortest time possible. Products will generally be delivered within 3-4 days (in week) following our stock and those of our suppliers. We can keep you informed about your order status and tracking on every time. If the recipient would not be absent at the delivery, the shipping company will leave a message in his postbox to explain where and when picking his package. R.Tec company won't be suitable if the products are not picked up by the customer.
In case of packages lost, we decline any responsibility, the transport company is resonsible and the customer will have to arrange with them directly. It is possible to ask for an insurance that will be counted as an extra cost of your transport following the goods to ship.
Section 7 : Warranty
Every products supplied by R.Tec have a defect warranty. If it would happen that a product is defective we engage ourself to find the fastest solution under the following conditions :
- The recration delay must be done within 14 days from the delivery date (except for products made on customer request).
- The product must be returned complete, not used, damaged or dirty and the original box.
In cas of product refunding R.Tec will make a return bank transfer in the shortest time if you sent us your bank details and the invoice number by mail or with the return package. We can also refund with a cheque covering the credit note value (following your request). The shipping cost will be for the customer. If products should be damaged R.Tec will decide the products refunding value.
Pay attention : racing and competition products won't by covered by any warranty.
Section 8 : access right and correction
During your order we will ask necessaries informations (name, address, phone number, ...) to offer the best service and a precise follow up of your order. Every information will be saved and confidential. According to the data processing law and 06 Januari 1978 Liverties, you will have the possibility to modify your datas on request.
Section 9 : Relevant right
Toutes les clauses figurant dans les présentes conditions générales de vente, ainsi que toutes les opérations d'achat et de vente qui y sont visées, seront soumises au droit belge, seul le Tribunal de commerce de Charleroi sera compétent.
